Cloud computing is One of the world’s technologies to provide various services to individuals and organizations with the goal of reducing the cost of installation and maintenance of customers software and is profitable for providers. Provide different requirements of customers, Divided the clouds into several categories, private, public and hybrid clouds. Organizations to keep and maintain their sensitive data are used against theft and change in distinctive private cloud offering that the most important feature of the data of all security, with other clouds. By attention to different organizations, have their own using cloud resources in the short period of time , specialized software systems as well as some university systems in certain periods, such as the start or end of the semester that require a powerful server,Can be used in order to optimize the organization of facilities for a fee they will pay, Periods of unemployment in our country where the organization is usually from 16 to 6 am are considered. And at that time the cloud developer resources to individuals and organizations with a special algorithm leased. It presents an algorithm requires changes in the architecture of cloud and cloud-organizingmanner, which is a new addition to the different needs of main (The initial clouds owner use it at the main time of the day for organization and uses the cloud) without causing disruption, an additional advantage of providing customers.
